Modeschmuck vom Berliner Label Liameo

Hong Kong based retailer Lane Crawford collaborates with 12 leading fashion designers to create garments influenced by their notion of Olympia. The designers are: 3.1 Phillip Lim, Alberta Ferretti, Alexander McQueen, Burberry Prorsum, Costume National, Emilio Pucci, Givenchy, Maison Martin Margiela, Neil Barrett, Rick Owens, Stella McCartney and Yves Saint Laurent.
My favorite is the one by Phillip Lim because it reminds me of ballet class (although it's a tennis dress:)
What do you like best?

BIG BLUE BALL

source: all pics taken by me

I went to the "Big Blue Ball" exhibition at the Ludwig Forum Aachen a few weeks ago. This exhibition highlights the connection between art and fashion and shows some very imaginative creations from fashion students across Europe.

LOOK OF THE WEEK

source: http://facehunter.blogspot.com/

Yes, today I'll write about a guy's outfit for a change!
I guess I'm not the only one who loves the dandy-style, right? What can I say? This guy looks like the ultimate modern dandy! His shoes, bag and tie are great!

I got interested in the work of Motohiko Odani by seeing his dress made of wolf's fur (see first pic above). It's abhorrent yet fascinating at the same time.
He is famous for his installations and photography. Although alteration and mutation are characteristic for his work Odani's photos radiate a serene beauty which is hard to grasp.

Yes, it's that time again! Unfortunatley, I have almost no time for shopping at the moment but I peeked at notorious high end online shops like www.mytheresa.de and www.net-a-porter.com and found some very beautiful things on sale...but still to expensive I guess.
