I chose two outfits today which differ a lot in style!
The first one is a romantique secretary-look with many lovely details (those red shades and the lace umbrella).
The second one looks very laid-back to me with those cowboys boots and the boyish hat. The purple tights blend in nicely!

Yes, I know. I didn't post one look per week lately but today I present you this beautiful lady photographed by Garance Doré. Her blazer mixes school uniform style with maritime elements. The dress and the ballet flats are very romantic and maiden-like while the colour of her bag echoes the red of her lips. And this hair colour is so ethereal!

Ja ja, ich weiß. In letzter Zeit habe ich nicht jede Woche einen Look gezeigt, aber dieser hier ist so toll, dass er für alles entschädigt, finde ich. Dieses schöne Outfit wurde von Garance Doré fotografiert. Der Blazer erinnert mich an einen Mix aus Schuluniform und Marine. Das Kleid und die weißen Ballerinas wirken mädchenhaft verspielt, während die Farbe ihrer Tasche in ihrem Lippenstift wieder aufgegriffen wird. Und ihre Haarfarbe ist absolut himmlisch und elfenhaft!

Two gorgeous looks this week because I couldn't decide which I like more.
The colour combo in the first pic ist so beautiful and we really should wear more hats again!
Due to the fact that I like all ballet related things the ballerina-dress in the second pic is perfection.

Diesmal zeige ich euch wieder zwei Outfits, weil ich nicht entscheiden konnte, welches mir besser gefällt.
Die Farbkombination im ersten Bild ist großartig und wir sollten wirklich wieder mehr Hüte tragen!
Meine Schwäche für alles, was irgendwie an Ballett erinnert erklärt meine Begeistertung für das Ballerina-Kleidchen im zweiten Bild.

This dress is so cute and I love white tights at the moment (although I'm not quite sure if they'll work for me...).

Again, an outfit which strikes my interest due to its nice colour combo! And the pattern of the bag looks very Piet Mondrian to me! Great!

By the way, if you like Mondrian you must visit the Mondrian-exhibition which is shown at the moment in the Museum Ludwig Cologne.

Mal wieder ein Outfit, das sich durch eine eher ungewöhnliche Farbkombination auszeichnet. Das Muster der Tasche erinnert stark an die Gemälde von Piet Mondrian! Toll!

Übrigens, wer sich für Mondrians Bilder interessiert sollte sich die Mondrian-Ausstellung im Museum Ludwig in Köln nicht entgehen lassen.

T-Strap Sandals, blue tights and a white coat in the style of the 60ies combined with a black skirt and handbag...I would wear it exactly like that!

This girl makes grey and the brownish colour of her overknee socks work together and the colourful scarf adds a casual touch. All this combined with red lips can't be wrong.


Ich wäre eher nicht auf die Idee gekommen, bräunliche Overknees zu grau zu tragen, aber bei ihr passt es wunderbar. Das bunte Tuch macht die ganze Sache irgendwie unangesträngt lässig und dazu noch rote Lippen...toll!

This girl combines 3 things I'm totally fond of: black and white combos, little white dresses and headbands. Sometimes, black-white combos tend to look a bit stiff but her outfit looks very laid-back.


Dieses Mädchen kombiniert 3 Dinge, die ich sehr gern mag: schwarz-weiß Kombis, kurze weiße Kleidchen und Haarbänder. Schwarz-weiß Kombis können schnell steif wirken, aber Ihr Outfit sieht irgendwie sehr entspannt aus.

As you may have noticed, I'm three days late with the "Look of the Week"- post because my weekend was stuffed with birthday- and babyparties and I got my wisdom teeth removed so I hadn't much time left.


Wie euch vielleicht aufgefallen ist, kommt der "Look of the Week"-Post diesmal drei Tage zu spät. Das liegt daran, dass ich am Wochenende mit Geburtstags- und Babyparties beschäftigt war und mir gestern zwei Weisheitszähne gezogen wurden und ich deshlab keine Zeit zum bloggen hatte.

This girl's style looks French to me. I love the dark wavy hair, the beret and the red lips in contrast to the fair skin tone. The blouse looks cute, too. It's a pity that we can't see the full outfit. The picture was taken in London on Halloween (that might explain the plant painted beautifully on her cheek).

Der Stil dieses Mädchens wirkt auf mich irgendwie Französisch. Ihre dunklen gewellten Haare, die Baskenmützen-ähnliche Kopfbedeckung und die roten Lippen bilden einen schönen Kontrast zu Ihrem hellen Hautton. Die Bluse passt sehr gut zu Ihr. Schade, dass wir nicht das gesamte Outfit sehen können. Das Foto wurde in London an Halloween geschossen (das erklärt wahrscheinlich die Pflanze, die so kunstvoll auf ihre Wange gemalt wurde).

The girl's headpiece looks so nice and due to my love for colourful tights I adore the turquoise tights in combination with the yellow pumps! The black trench adds a classical note to the outfit. Well done!
